As you may know, we’ve been hard at work on an all new Map Your City. The biggest project we’re focused on is an almost complete rewrite of how Map Your City’s communities work, which began April last year. This post is the first in a series of previews we’re sharing as we get ready to launch. Today, we’re going to talk about what it’s like to start with communities in Map Your City.
Maps are valuable marketing channels that can benefit any type of business. Whether you want to grow foot traffic to your locations (through a giveaway or special event, perhaps) or sell more (by highlighting special offers or showcasing your newest experiences), map landing pages are a great way to nurture new customers, educate people about your city, destination or products, and drive conversions.
Push notifications are extremely powerful channels for brands to reach customers. But the way push is being used — matters. We have found at least 21 ways you can increase effectiveness in every push.
Marketing world-class location experiences today has changed and we’ve designed our product to enable you to market those experiences for your customers at scale. As marketing professionals and customer-centric businesses that get it – you know the value of a great experience. At Map Your City, we’re doing everything we can to build a product that embodies your values, because they’re our values too.
