How do I reset my password?
There are two methods to update your password.
You remember your password:
- Log in to the Map Your City mobile app
- Go to the Menu Page.
- Go to My Profile.
- Tap the Edit Button
- Update the Password field.
- Confirm new Password
- Tap Confirm Changes Update Settings.

You forgot your password:
- The first time you log in again tap “Already have an account? Sign in”
- And next tap the Button “Forget Something?”
- Provide your email you use to login on Map Your City. This is important as this is the email that is registered with us. This will send you an email with a link enabling you to reset your password.
